What to expect with Group Coaching:
Choose Your Goal: Identify one personal or professional goal (e.g., be more courageous, create a website, find a new job, organize a room, take charge of your health) and receive support in achieving it.
Weekly Coaching: Engage in dynamic group sessions where I will coach two people each week, and the rest of the group will apply these insights to their own situations.
Share and Learn: In sessions, each member will share actions taken, discuss outcomes, identify challenges, and set action steps for the week.
Additional Support: Includes two personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions to deepen your insights and progress. You may schedule this anytime throughout the program.
Interactive and Supportive Environment: Benefit from a collaborative learning environment that fosters curiosity, discovery, and growth.
