“Why do you ask so many questions, Ruth?”
This is what I’ve heard all my life, even as a young child…
I’ve taken my life-long passion of curiosity and crafted it into a service to help you progress toward your life’s desires. I do this by skillfully asking questions to discover if a new perspective serves you more effectively. When you have an insight (a natural outcome of the coaching process), your current situation can shift in an instant! I find out where you are presently in life, where you yearn to be and address the change that needs to happen in that gap.
As a Board-Certified Professional Organizer, my 17 years of experience led me to be a Personal & Professional Life Coach. The positive impact of integrating coaching skills into my organizing work with clients influenced me to become a coach so I could serve people more deeply.
I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from The International Coaching federation (ICF) and a Certified Organizer Coach credential from the Coach Approach Training Institute. As a member of ICF, I adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
On a personal note, I am a living evidence of the brilliance of coaching because it has transformed my own life. Great coaches invest in a coach themselves ~ to help them examine their mindsets and to train their brain on expanding/modifying their beliefs! Prior to coaching, I was not drawn to share issues with others because I didn’t want their advice. When I became a coaching client and felt the power of my coach holding space for me to come up with my own insights, I had and continue to have many favorable breakthroughs.
When I’m not helping clients create positive change, I’m helping myself by learning to be a pianist. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my greatest teachers in life: my husband and two daughters. I’m honest, ethical, dependable, straightforward and supportive.
My core values are: Autonomy, Growth, Excellence, Gratitude, Integrity and Contribution.
How do you know if I’m the coach for you?
Being of service to you is my highest priority. To determine if I can serve you fully, I require a complimentary coaching session with you so we can mutually establish that we are an ideal match for each other.
