Ruth is an excellent Coach! My internal growth in this 8-week course was beyond amazing. I surprised myself with my new energy and motivation from learning new skills I never knew I was capable of.

What I received with Group Coaching were huge insights into myself, and a toolset that I will be able to use for any future challenges & goals. I wish I had had Ruth to coach me in my twenties, because it has enabled me to change my life. You are an amazing Coach!

I was stuck in an old narrative of not being good enough and not having a purpose as I entered a new phase of my life. As I worked with Ruth in her potent, well-organized coaching approach, I was able to set intentions and feel shifts in my whole life. I became much more vibrant and reconnected with my passion. Ruth is very thoughtful which allowed me to achieve success in ways that quantified my progress. Ruth is open and compassionate towards my vulnerable places and yet continually stands for my possibility and vibrancy! I would highly recommend Ruth for anyone who wants to have results that are measurable. She encouraged me and coached the best in me, while speaking to the possible hurdles I might experience and structured a plan to meet them. My sessions with her have been worth a million bucks!

Ruth has been my chosen coach for years now! I always end our sessions with real clarity, new hope, and strong direction. I started working with Ruth last year. She was able to help me see things that matter to me, help me prioritize my decisions and form purposeful goals to help me reach my overall life objectives. It has been an amazing experience. I have been able to learn more about how I handle things in my life, like my family, and make changes in how I respond to stressful situations and patterns that haven’t been healthy. I have a better perspective on myself and those around me and more control of my life choices and experiences. I think everyone needs a life coach!

I had a topic floating in my mind for the past few years without any conclusions: where should I move for my retirement years? There were no judgements from Ruth. She just asked questions to help define my criteria I considered valuable for decision-making. Thank goodness I did this project because within 2 months my family wanted me to move from my current city. I had an excellent response which I could support with documentation. Using Ruth as my coach took out the emotional baggage for decision-making. I am very pleased with my outcome from this process.

Coaching with Ruth is like simultaneously jumping off of the high-dive into the deep end, and having a really soft, comfortable (…and stylish!) floaty waiting in the water for you. Ruth is gifted at asking gentle yet provocative questions that always landed me at: insight. She held the perfect balance of accountability and flexibility for me to both accomplish goals and work through challenges and curveballs. I’m so glad that I did the months-long commitment of sessions because the momentum that started to happen after week four was surprising & exhilarating.

Ruth was prepared, respectful and actively listened. She didn’t push me to go beyond what I was ready for and yet explored how I could do, or think differently, in order to accomplish my goal more effectively. Ruth helped me navigate a new career and identity. She has a gentle way of listening and posing questions that create a comfortable space to explore thoughts and consider different perspectives. Our sessions never felt rushed, but they always flew by. She kept me on track and focused on what I wanted to achieve, and I never felt judged when I didn’t follow through on my own plans. She used those occasions as opportunities to learn from. She is composed and good-humored and I always felt she was genuinely interested in me as a person.  Her support has been invaluable and I highly recommend her as a coach.
